Welcome to the course.
Over the next six weeks, you'll learn so much about how to be clear.
Whatever we're trying to do, it's so easy to lose our way. To lose focus. Or get stuck. Or lose touch with why we're trying to do something.
But there are some eternal pieces of advice that, if we follow them, make it much easier to stay on track.
Sign up and each day you'll receive one piece of advice - and some short guidance on how to follow it.
I hope you love it as much as I do.
For now,
Charlie
Where the advice comes from.
If you've ever been to a meditation class or ever read a book on mindfulness, it's pretty likely that your teacher was taught by someone who was taught by someone who [insert a thousands years' worth of teachers] was taught by the person who wrote this advice.
But this isn't advice on how to meditate.
This is advice on how to get through the day.
Imagine you are one of the most respected teachers of meditation that ever lived.
You've spent your life teaching people how to live well, how to be happy, how to be wise and kind.
One day, you know you're going to have to leave your students forever and they ask you to give them one last lesson.
This is that lesson.
How to work with this advice.
If you like, you can just scroll down this page and read all of the advice.
If something catches your eye and feels useful, then - you're welcome.
But, damn it, advice is a lot easier to read than it is to actually follow.
I want to make it as easy as possible to follow this advice.
Sign up and each day you'll be given one piece of advice.
Each day you'll also get a short recording explaining how you might best follow that advice.
The investment of time each day is tiny. But over six weeks you'll feel it build up. You will be clearer.
